Education


Hanna Dys works as a university professor at the Instrumental Department of the Gdańsk Academy of Music. He teaches, among other subjects, organ playing, general bass, practical harmony, didactics, chamber ensembles. Working with students is, apart from concert performances, her great passion. The possibility of sharing knowledge and experience with students and inspiring them to follow their own artistic path, gives her a lot of joy. Hanna Dys also leads an organ class at the Feliks Nowowiejski General Music School in Gdansk. Her pupils and students are prizewinners in organ national and international competitions, and often continue their studies at prestigious Music Academies in Europe.

Hanna Dys is often invited to provide workshops for students of organ classes; he has lead workshops i.e. at music schools in Lublin, Opole, Kraków, Białystok, Olsztyn, Wrocław, Vilnius (Lithuania), Saratov (Russia), and also in Ferrara (Italy). The artist also gives lectures and presntations at conferences and scientific sessions in Poland and abroad.
